Standard items IN STOCK
For standard items that are in stock at the time of placing your order, we will require payment of the full amount before delivery can take place. Once the full payment has been received, our delivery company will contact you to arrange an appropriate time for delivery.Standard items NOT IN STOCK
For standard items that are not in stock at the time of placing an order, a 50% deposit will be required as confirmation and the remainder when the goods are ready for delivery. The lead time for standard out of stock items is approximately 6-10 weeks. Once the items have arrived in stock, we will contact you to arrange for payment of the remainder and an appropriate time for delivery.CUSTOM ORDERS (finish or dimensions)
For orders with a customised dimension or finish, a 50% deposit will be required as confirmation and the remainder when the goods are ready for delivery. The lead time for custom items is approximately 6-10 weeks. Once the items have arrived in stock, we will contact you to arrange for payment of the remainder and an appropriate time for delivery.Cancellation of Orders
Orders for standard items can be cancelled, in writing, prior to confirmation of delivery and all funds will be reimbursed. Custom orders (dimension & finish) can also be cancelled prior to receiving confirmation of delivery dates, but the 50% deposit will not be refunded, to cover the cost of manufacture, shipping and administration.
